CLAYTON 7/26 - 7/27

 

Tournament Director: Rod Skinner 252-290-1190 (cell)

Coaches you must check in with the tournament director before your first game to have your team roster and team insurance verified. Failure to do so could result in a forfeit of a game if a protest against your team is upheld. The format for the 12U (Red), 12U (Blue) and 14U will be a 4GG (2 pool games and double elimination). Teams will be seeded into bracket play based on their pool games as follows: overall record, head to head (if 2 teams are tied), runs allowed, runs scored, and a coin flip if necessary. The pool games in all age brackets will be 1 hr. 10 min. finish the inning and the game can end in a tie. All bracket games will be 1 hr. 15 min. finish the inning unless the home team is ahead and there must be a winner. The championship game will be 1 hr. 20 min. There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd place team trophies awarded and 1st and 2nd place individual trophies awarded in each age bracket. There will not be any teams eliminated on Saturday. Coaches you must have your team ready to play 15 minutes prior to your game time. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE CHECKS BACK FRIDAY IN CASE ANY CHANGES HAVE TO BE MADE DUE TO RAIN, TEAMS DROPPING, ETC.
